The BSc (Hons) Construction Management (Level 6 Top-Up) programme is designed for students who already hold a Level 5 qualification (e.g., an HND or Foundation Degree) in construction, civil engineering, or a related field. This top-up degree enables you to attain a full honours degree in a single academic year, furthering your knowledge of construction management and project delivery.

You will investigate the contemporary problems confronting the construction sector, including sustainability, digital technologies, health and safety, and quality management. The program’s emphasis will be on developing your professional, managerial, and technical skills in leading projects on behalf of clients from conception to completion.
