What does this course involve?

This program is for international students who wish to lead and manage construction projects from conception to reality. The BSc (Hons) Construction Management qualifications offer a full overview of the construction industry, including project planning, cost, site operations, and legal aspects. This course covers both theory and practical application to prepare you to manage complex construction projects in an international setting.

What will you cover?

Construction Project Planning : Develop skills to plan and program construction projects to be delivered on time and within budget.
Cost Management: Familiarise yourself with methods for estimating, budgeting, and cost control during the project.
Site Operations: Get hands-on experience in managing construction site operations, such as allocation of resources and quality.
Legal and Regulatory Frameworks : Understand the law using the construction industry context, including contracts, health and safety, and environmental law.
Sustainable Construction Practices: Explore ways to integrate sustainability into construction, including energy and waste management.

Entry conditions (for International students)

Academic Requirement: Completion of secondary education equivalent to UK A-levels, studying a Maths and Science subject (or equivalent level qualification).
English Language Proficiency: A minimum IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no component below 5.5, or an equivalent English language qualification.
Additional Requirements: Some universities may require a personal statement, references, or relevant experience in construction or engineering fields.
